(a)A person may conduct an activity otherwise prohibited by § 922.82(a)(2) through
(9)and
(11)through
(16)if such activity is specifically authorized by and conducted in accordance with the scope, purpose, terms and conditions of a permit issued under this section and subpart D of this part.
